The MSBA in Management Studies offers a contemporary program of educational experiences for the graduate student interested in advancing in a key leadership role in business or other complex organization. The program is designed to provide the student with competencies for professional and effective performance as a leader in a managerial role. Students will develop a systematic approach to problem solving for effective decision making, gain general competencies of business and specialized knowledge in their particular area of concentration.

Students will learn to: 1) apply ethical reasoning to managerial decision-making and promote Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), 2) deploy quantitative and qualitative tools for effective decision-making, 3) employ leadership skills that are applicable to contemporary business situations and environments.
