Why Study Emergency Management at Madonna University?

  • Offers flexibility in course selection to independently motivate students who have cross-disciplinary interests
  • The FS/EM/OSEH curriculums offer appropriate preparation for many professional jobs (e.g., Fire Fighter, Emergency Manager, and Health/Safety Officer) as well as for advanced graduate programs

The Emergency Management curriculum offers courses that give students skills in preparing, mitigating, responding to, and recovering from natural, manmade, and technological incidents. Courses also enable students to identify, integrate, and allocate resources that exist in the non-profit, private, and public sectors with an emphasis on coordinating the above with all levels of governmental response agencies at the local, county, state and federal levels.

Our students graduate with substantial diverse knowledge in safety and health to choose careers in a wide variety of fields.
